See the new Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince trailer
In a twist of ironic fate, Warner has sent out a brand new trailer for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince just one week before the film was originally scheduled to open. Beware of not-so-High Def Harry Potter discs
Movie disk pirates are selling so-called Blu-Ray disks, which can be made cheaply, and what's more hard to spot for users. A bust in China yielded movies including Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. Poll ranks Harry Potter most anticipated movie of next year
In a survey conducted between Aug. 8 and Oct. 5, nearly 4,000 movie fans who had just purchased tickets at MovieTickets.com picked their "most anticipated" films over the next 12 months. Ghosts spotted in Hogwarts
An historic abbey was invaded by ghosts, ghouls and sorcerers as it hosted a Halloween themed witches and wizards activity day for kids. Potter actors nominated for British Independent Film Awards
Harry Potter actors Ralph Fiennes, who plays Lord Voldemort, Brendan Gleeson, who plays Mad-Eye Moody, and David Thewlis, Remus Lupin in the Potter films, are being recognised at this year's British Independent Film Awards. ABC Family channel buys latest Potter film rights
ABC Family has secured cable rights to the Harry Potter series by purchasing the rights to Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, as well as Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, 10 months before its theatrical debut. Half-Blood Prince goes 3-D
When Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is finally is released on July 17, 2009, there will be sections shown in 3-D for those who see it on Imax screens. Which bits will be 3-D? The Bollywood children's film Hari Puttar has been forced to postpone its premiere after the Hollywood studio behind the Harry Potter blockbusters took the Indian producers to court over the title.
